Whiskey Throttle Motorcycles is 100% safe and secure. We use various means of safeguards to assist us in preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and correctly using your personal information.

What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by:

  • Credit card: VISA & Mastercard
  • Debit card: VISA & Mastercard (must be 3D Secure enabled)
  • Instant EFT through OZOW
  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 working days for us to process and pack your order, once it’s been packed we will then ship your order using the relevant shipping partner selected. It can take anywhere between 3-7 working days to arrive (dependent on the shipping provider chosen during checkout).

Do you provide a guarantee of part fitment?

We do not guarantee make, model and year fitment and it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is correct before placing your order. It is, however, rare that the part doesn’t fit your bike if you ordered the part using the bike search feature on our website.

Can I return an item from my order?

We only accept returns if the order you received was incorrect and the fault lies on our or our supplier’s side.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We DO NOT accept returns of the following:

  • Incorrect item purchased;
  • Second-hand items purchased via Whatsapp, Email, or Phone Call;
  • Damaged returned products;
  • Products that have been used (under certain circumstances we will make an exception);

Why have you cancelled my order?

Most often, order cancellations result from our supplier running short on stock unexpectedly. If we’ve had to cancel your order, we’ll be in touch regarding alternate parts for your order as soon as possible.

How can I track the status of my order?

We’ll email you whenever the status of your order changes.

You can also track your order by navigating to My Orders (under the My Account section of our website). Here you’ll see a history of your purchases, estimated shipping times and the current status of pending orders.

Unfortunately, our customer care team doesn’t have the possibility to speed up the delivery or give you more information than already provided via the tracking link.
